Mainstream Christianity is often at odds with LDS thought about Adam. It's interesting to see what early Christian & Jewish writings have in common with LDS thought. Adam's preexistence, baptism, knowledge of Christ. The list goes on.
If you've got an interest, it's a good read.

I didn't know that site even exsited. Looks like it might have some good info.
