SUPER SHOPPER
OK, somebody had stolen my tv. I had this little 13 inch tv in my garage for watching the news or whatever while I was hiding er . . . working in the garage. I had wired in the cable tv connection so I could get all the channels too. At some point last year my tv went missing. Somebody, I wont say who but their initials are Robin, ended up with the little tv in the kitchen, leaving me without in the garage.

I decided I'd get a tv for the kitchen so I could have my little friend back in the garage. I've been keeping an eye out for a good deal. This morning I found a deal on craigslist.com. For those of you who don't know, craigslist is a public marketplace for all sorts (and sorted) things. I found a 32 inch Sony Wega tv for $125. It's now in the kitchen and I'm free to reclaim my little friend for the garage.

I probably should have put the 32 inch in the garage, but then the car wouldn't fit ;)

we've had pretty good experiences with craigslist. only one bad one i can think of. we got our xbox off of it, and even found someone to haul our washer and dryer up here for free. kind of hard to use here in logan because i don't think many people realize we have our own now.

That is a great deal! And what a good husband to give the big TV to your wife...We like craigslist a lot - that's where we found our couch & also recently a great deal on some diapers!

Today in the HJ I found a free Jack Russell, and a free lama. Sometime, I will check out craigslist.

Your older sister uses a site called freecycle. I will have to look at that too. (not sure of the spelling)

Robin, its all good. You got a better t.v. and Troy has a little friend.
