This is a video I ran across a few years ago. It was shot from an apartment about three blocks away from Ground Zero. I watch this every year and it's never failed to remind me of that day and those feelings.

thanks for posting this, dad. I never watch anything that has to do with the whole thing, because it usually makes me too upset. but this I watched. I like this one because it wasn't all musical and stuff. didn't take away from it.
makes me feel so bad, and want to scream. grr. i wish people would just remember what it was like when it first happened, remember how lucky they are to have the liberties they do, and stop complaining so much. at least they are still here, and in a free country! jeez.
anyway, thanks!
ps - i wanted to say i really like the comment the woman made about how some people have this happening all the time. i can't imagine growing up used to violence like that, gun shots and bombs all the time, never knowing if you'll be killed the next day. i mean, yeah it's a possibility but we sure are blessed over here!
