Are you kidding me!? I'd heard about these ads, but hadn't seen one yet. Now's the time to be tried. The Lord is sifting the wheat from the chaff.
One LDS woman I heard interviewed that is for gay marriage said "The Lord said to love all people" - that was her argument. Well duh! You can love people, but not agree with their views. Hate the sin, not the sinner. Sheesh!
Just heard on the news that it was more than likely going to pass.
I'd love it if we all COULD get along. But I have noticed that getting along now means that our side has to give up all of its principles. If we don't, the other side calls us "racist, facist, homophobic, etc". Every name in the book is thrown at us.
When we were in California visiting Mark's brother, they had a bumber sticker saying vote yes, and in their driveway, someone came and ripped it off. Pretty jerky. They even live at the end of a quiet culdesac. If I saw a bumper sticker I didn't agree with, I would never dare go into someone's property at night and rip it off.

Oh my heck. This makes me pretty upset.
I agree - I don't hate them, but I certainly don't agree that gay marriage is right.
Jeff and I like that the end said to "say no to the church" and referred to prop 8. as if that prop IS the church.
Can't we all just get along?

So, isn't getting along a two way street?
I agree with Robin, she's smart.
