Israeli settlers built greenhouses in Gaza and employed Palestinians. The greenhouses were profitable, and produced fruit and veggies in the middle of a desert. When they withdrew from Gaza, the greenhouses were purchased secretly by Bill Gates and donated to the Palestinians.

Shortly after the Palestinian guards hired to protect the greenhouses looted and burned them. What a difference a year makes.
